Fabian Ruiz won’t get any more upgrades from the UCL Final. His Live OVR upgrades were already applied during the Quarter-Finals stage (+1 OVR). For the Final, only Frattesi and Hernandez are eligible for Live OVR upgrades. So unfortunately, Fabian Ruiz is not affected by the UCL Final result.

At least EA should reveal from what positions they will prepare cards to claim.
Do all the RTTF players get upgrade based on quarter final results?? Like can 107 Barcola upgrade to 108 if PSG reach the semis??
No, he can’t. Only UCL RTTF Live-OVR Players (the Featured Players found in the Gallery chapter) are eligible for upgrades based on the UCL Quarter-final results. Players like 107 Barcola, who are not Live-OVR versions, will not receive any OVR or Weak Foot upgrades, even if their team progresses.
