On FIFA Mobile 21, aside of skill boosts, perks and chemistry, you also need a lot of training XP to upgrade and increase your players OVR.
How to get training XP on FIFA mobile?
You can obtain training XP from event rewards, store packs, live events, achievements rewards or burn your unused players.

Players XP Value
Besides being able to train players using Training XP, you can also train players using bronze, gold, elite, or master cards that you no longer use.
The XP value of each card varies depending on the OVR. The greater the OVR, the greater the value.

What would be to most efficient OVR to train a GK? I think it is 74 players.
how can i train ZZ or TH beyond 102? I can’t train them more after hitting 102. May use TH to train Auba (utotssf) if I can’t push TH beyond 102. Stats wise, Auba has better stats.
we can’t, 102 is the max OVR at the moment.

They just enabled training up to 103.
Is it even worth training players rather than buying better ones? One example is my 93 OVR Carles Perez. Would it make sense to train him to 100 OVR, rather than trying to buy another player already at 100 OVR….. Will they get similar stats overall?
Is chemistry valuable if im playing h2h?
EA says chemistry is influential on h2h, but most players disagree and feel chemistry has no effect on gameplay on h2h

No..chemistry has no effect on your h2h gameplay…as you can see players with only 160/170 chemistry also came in top 250 even in top 100… You will need better chemistry and team over for vsa matches..
I have some spare players with coin value and are great for upgrades as training to my team. How do i know which players to hunt that have this value for my players and what’s the criteria for weather they have an additional value for training player?
Do i get a coins credit when i upgrade another player by using a player with coin and XP value? Where the coin value of the old player exceeds the required amount for the upgrade?
you will get a discount, but as far as I know you will never get your coins back.

90 OVR players do not necessarily provide 315858 xp. For example, GK Gulacsi only provides 62,500.

Actually, You can achieve the daily quest without increasing your player’s OVR. Just use 100 – 1000 xps to your high OVR players, then click ‘Commit’.
Great tip – thanks! One suggestion: Add table showing the TXP that you get for various players. These aren’t the same for all players OVR 80 and above, and are very significant in buying players just for their TXP.

TOTY Players need more exp and coins to train than Icons. For example, upgrading a TOTY player from 90 to 91 needed 390158 exp and $651600 but not 353743 exp and $521280 as icons needed; from 96 to 97 a TOTY player needed 972825 exp and $1370661 but not 907970 exp and $1096529 as icons needed.

Thanks for the correction. I have checked it and you’re right, TOTY Starter players need more XP and coins compared to Icon. While TOTY Nominee players need the exact same XP and coins as the Icon players. I have fixed now.

You must unlock the ability to train to 95 OVR
how do you do that though? I’m all Maxed out at 90 across the board…
On every event, there is ‘unlock max OVR’ reward. TOTY is the easy one, you can unlock max OVR 95 just for add TOTY starter player on your lineup.
For now, there are max OVR 96 and max OVR 97 rewards on Lunar event. But this rewards are not f2p friendly.

In the new icon event you get a bonus reward, you can train plagers to 94 with it. You have to complete the 12 matches though.
