Skill Boosts are very beneficial for your team on FIFA Mobile 23. Much as you can upgrade players using training or increase team OVR using rank up, you can upgrade them by improving their skill boosts as well.
Upgrading players’ OVR using training gives you random attributes improved, meanwhile upgrading them using skill boosts will give you 5 specific attributes upgrades.

On FIFA Mobile 23, the number of Skill Boost types is still the same (25).
Skill Boosts that no longer exist on season 7 are Attacking, Box-to-Box, Captain, Crossing, Destroyer, and GK Generalist. The replacements are Balanced, Defending, Handling, Holding, Short Passing, and Vision.

It’s up to you. It won’t affect your starting XI, but you may need it later when your players change.

Sorry but how can take or claim a “passing boost” its on level 2, the others are all on level 10, but I cannot get this boost from nowhere?
The skill boosts you get from the rewards should be evenly distributed, so if that’s the case it’s very strange.

Yes, 140 is the maximum number for every stats/attributes in FIFA Mobile
