Team Badge is a new feature in FC Mobile 26. This system improves your team’s performance by boosting player attributes and increasing your team’s OVR. Check our guide below to learn how Team Badges work, how to equip them, and how to maximize their boosts.

How Team Badges Work
You can level up your Badges by earning Player Items. The higher the Badge level, the bigger the attribute boosts you receive. Completing Groups also gives extra attribute boosts and unlocks additional rewards to strengthen your team.
Visit the new Badges section on the home screen to explore different Badges. Each Badge can temporarily increase Player Attributes and Team OVR based on your Badge level and completed Groups. Choose the ones that best fit your lineup.
How to Get Badges
To earn Badges, you need to use your players as Badge EXP. Each Badge requires a specific set of players, so not all players can be used as EXP.
To see which players are eligible:
- Go to the Badge section from the home screen.
- Select a team of Badges (currently there are two: Kick Off and 2nd Anniversary).
- Tap the Players tab to view the players that can be used as EXP for that team Badge.

Typically, the higher a player’s OVR, the more EXP they will provide. Note that duplicate players won’t count toward EXP.
Team Badges
Each Badge has different EXP requirements and stat increases per level. Here’s the breakdown:
Kick Off Team Badge
Level | XP | Stats |
---|---|---|
1 | 1 | Reactions +1 Volley +1 Finishing +1 |
2 | 3 | Reactions +2 Volley +2 Finishing +2 |
3 | 8 | Reactions +3 Volley +3 Finishing +3 |

To complete this Team Badge, you can buy Kick Off Packs from the Store (Store > Exchanges > Kick Off), each costing 200 Gems. You’ll need to buy this pack 12 times if you don’t have any Kick Off EXP Players.
2nd Anniversary Team Badge
Level | XP | Stats |
---|---|---|
1 | 50 | Long Shot +5 Curve +5 Marking +5 |
2 | 450 | Long Shot +10 Curve +10 Marking +10 Agility +10 |
3 | 2000 | Long Shot +15 Curve +15 Marking +15 Agility +15 Shot Power +15 Team OVR +1 |

After you collect the required players, your Badge level will upgrade automatically.
You can also use tradable version players as EXP, but keep in mind that they will be converted into untradable, and this change cannot be reversed.
Tip: Open gem packs that give untradable players (like the 3k Daily Gems Pack) to collect more EXP players and level up your Badges faster. Don’t click the “Activatable” button on tradable players unless you’re sure you want to convert them into untradable permanently, as you won’t be able to sell them for coins afterward.
Groups
Groups also give specific boosts for every set you complete. These boosts only apply to the players within the completed group. Besides the stat boosts, you’ll also earn extra rewards (Gems, Rank Up Points, etc) when completing them.

Season Rewards
Every season’s team badge will offer exclusive season rewards. Acquire eligible player items to gain EXP for more season rewards. There are 20 levels in total and completing each level will earn you 5,000 Gems as a reward.

Level | EXP |
---|---|
1 | 250 |
2 | 750 |
3 | ? |
4 | ? |
5 | ? |

How to Equip Badges
After acquire a Badge Level, you can activate it. Each lineup can have its own set of Badges, allowing you to customize boosts based on your playstyle.
Go to Club > My Team, pick the lineup you want, and tap the Badges section in the left side of the screen.

Select the Badge you want and press Equip. Once equipped, the Badge’s boosts will apply instantly to all players in that lineup.

Done.
You can equip up to 3 Badges per lineup, so pick the ones that give the best boosts. You can switch them anytime, making it easy to adjust your strategy for each match. A single Badge can also be used across multiple lineups.
Use the two toggle buttons in the top right of the My Team menu to switch between Lineup view and Badges boosts view.

That’s everything you need to know about Team Badges in FC Mobile 26. With the right Badges equipped, you can boost your players’ attributes and raise your team’s OVR to compete at a higher level.
Now it’s your turn, try out different Badges in your lineups and see which combinations work best.
What do you think about this new system? Do you like it, or do you have suggestions for improvements?
Thnx for the guide. Great work.
A few words for EA:
But I still think it is the most unnecessary thing happened in this game. It just creates more confusion and makes everything much more complicated.
We don’t play this game for solving more puzzles or for getting into endless calculations every f.king second. We play this for chill and have fun. No one need to be stressed out that much while creating a squad or building a team. What’s the gain in here?
Sorry but, this bs really want me to quit the game after 10-15 years. (playing this since 2010s)
Yeah, I feel you. We already had similar systems in past seasons like GC (Game Changer) in FIFA Mobile S1, Skill Boosts, Chemistry, Perks, and so on. Some of those boosts were actually better than this. From what I see, EA is always trying new ways to sell more packs, and Team Badge feels like one of their latest methods.
In future events, EA will likely release new Team Badges with stronger boosts. That will push people to open more packs, get new players, and chase more boosts for their teams. On top of that, since we can’t use tradable players unless we convert them to untradable, it looks like another step from EA to make players avoid buying EXP cards from the market, because that would just waste coins.
I do agree with fifaguidefan
we just want to play football with our owns teams (buy/sell players it’s ok sometimes), but not waste most of the time solving puzzles and be rewarded with unusefull & untradable players
so, we can still use the players in our lineups tho, who are used for badges no?
Yes, they are not consumed like in exchanges or training.
If you ditch 1 player needed for the badge (let’s say, Ronaldo 103), wouldn’t that affect the progress to achieve the stats boost?
I tested it, and the progress still stayed even after I exchanged one of the players (Barcola) for Extra Time Tokens.
