This event features five chapters in the Zlatan Chronicles: Chapter I – Swagger Begins (1999–2004), Chapter II – Born to Shine (2004–2011), Chapter III – Milan Marvel (2011–2012), Chapter IV – Charisma & Crowns (2012–2016), and Chapter V – Global Impact (2016–2023).

After you complete a chapter in Normal mode, Nightmare Mode will unlock for that chapter.

Chapter I: Swagger Begins

Ibrahimović signed his first contract with Malmö in 1996, and moved up to the senior side for the 1999 season of Allsvenskan, Sweden’s top-flight league.

On October 30, 1999, Ibrahimović scored his first professional goal against Västra Frölunda IF. This goal marked the beginning of his prolific career.

April 9, 2001: Malmö FF vs AIK

First time starting in a top tier league match. In the first game of the season, he scored 2 goals.

His performances in Sweden caught the attention of international clubs, leading to his transfer to Ajax in 2001.

Dec. 4, 2001: Ajax vs Fortuna Sittard

Scored 2 goals.

Feb. 2, 2003: Ajax vs Willem II

Contributed 2 goals in a six nil victory.

April 14, 2002: Sparta R. vs Ajax

Scored 1 goal and created 2 assists.

Zlatan played a crucial role in helping Ajax secure the Eredivisie title in the 2001-2002 season.

Dec. 10, 2002: UEFA Champions League Ajax vs As Roma

Scored 1 goal and created 1 assist.

Sept. 13, 2003: Ajax vs RKC Waalwijk

Scored 1 goal.

Nov. 23, 2003: Ajax vs Heerenveen

Scored 1 goal. During this period, he scored four consecutive matches in a row twice.

March 21, 2004

Zlatan celebrates after scoring Ajax’s 5th goal against Vitesse Arnhem during their match in Amsterdam on March 21, 2004. Ajax defeated Vitesse by 5-0.

May 16, 2004: Willem II vs Ajax
