Record Breakers Event Guide

The FC Mobile 26 Record Breakers event has arrived. This event uses Tokens and Shards as the main currencies, and you can exchange your Tokens for rewards like Coins, Gems, Rankups, and extra Shards.

Some tasks are quick and easy, while others take more time, including high-volume goal objectives. This guide breaks down every chapter and the math behind them, so you can avoid bad choices and get the best value from the event.

Main

The Main chapter has three parts, Record of the Day, Did You Know?, and Achievements. Record of the Day lets you play daily matches for rewards. Did You Know? gives short facts about record-breaking moments in football. Achievements give rewards when you complete different record-based challenges in the game.

Record of the Day

Here you play one daily match and try to finish a set of objectives. Some objectives are required and some are optional.

If the match challenge feels too hard, you can switch to the skill games instead, since they are easier and still help you earn rewards.

“The Invincibles” refers to Arsenal’s legendary 2003–04 squad that finished the Premier League season unbeaten. For this objective, you need to score goals using Arsenal players from that era, such as Thierry Henry, Patrick Vieira, Robert Pires, Dennis Bergkamp, or other eligible Arsenal Invincibles cards available in the game.

Achievements

Every time you complete a Difficult Challenge the number of records you’ve broken will increase by 1. Try your best to break more records.

Complete all the objectives to earn a Record Breakers: Goats Kit.

Challenge

This chapter record the number of goals you have scored so far in all modes during the Record Breakers event. There’s a reward on every level and how many next level goals you need to break to claim the next reward. There are also Already Surpassed information for Level that you have surpassed.

Rewards

Spend your Record Breakes Tokens here for Shards, Rank Up Points, Gems or Coins.

The biggest offers give better value per Token than the smaller ones. Because of that, it is better to claim the resource rewards from right to left, not from left to right.

Gallery

You can claim Record Breaker Shards in the Reward chapter or trade Record Breaker Players in the Item Exchange to earn more Shards. After you collect enough, you can use them in the Gallery chapter to claim the players you want.

The shard costs follow the same pattern as the Glorious Eras event. Higher OVR players give more Shards when traded. A 115 OVR card gives 250 Shards, followed by 180 for 114, 120 for 113, 60 for 112, and 30 for 111. Lower OVR cards give much less, with 108–110 giving 10 Shards and 107 giving only 5.

Exchange

Two Record Breaker Exchanges are available. You can use your Shards to shuffle your 114+ OVR Record Breaker players, and you can trade your 111–113 OVR players for a 112+ OVR Record Breaker player.

Pass

You can progress through the Record Breakers Mini Pass by earning Record Breakers Pass Points from this event. The top reward for the Premium Pass is a 114 OVR CM Xavi (Rank 4).

F2P Math & Rewards

This section breaks down the math behind the Record Breakers event from a F2P point of view. The table below shows how Tokens and Shards add up based on different paths.

Key Takeaways

• Difficult Path is clearly better for F2P players. You earn more Tokens and significantly more Shards compared to the Easy Path, especially if you can handle the daily matches.
• By choosing the Difficult Daily Challenge, F2P players can reach up to 7,500 Tokens, while the Easy Path caps at 4,250 Tokens.
• For Shards, the gap is also large. The Difficult Path gives around 295 Shards, or up to 435 Shards if you buy Daily 3K Gem Packs, while the Easy Path gives much less.
• With smart Shard usage, 112–113 OVR players like Openda or Szczesny are realistic F2P targets. Higher OVR players such as 115 OVR Ronaldo, Neuer, or Iniesta require heavy gem spending and are not F2P-friendly.
• If you ignore players and focus on resources, the event offers strong returns in Rank Ups, Gems, and Coins, especially on the Difficult Path.

If you are fully F2P, always choose the Difficult Path if you can complete the challenges. Use Tokens mainly for resource rewards, since they offer better value. Treat player rewards as a bonus, not the main goal. Only go for a player if your Shards already line up naturally, otherwise focus on Rank Ups, Gems, and Coins for long-term team progress.
