The Black Friday Event is expected to start on Friday, November 28, 2025. Based on the current leaks, this event works very similar to the previous Ballon d’Or event. It will focus on daily quests and store packs, with a strong push for spending FC Points if you want to finish everything.
If you want to understand how the event works, what rewards you can get, and how to prepare your resources, make sure to read this guide until the end. This will help you plan ahead so you don’t waste coins, gems, or FC Points during the event.

Event Duration: November 28 – December 5, 2025 (7 Days)
How the Event Works
The event is built around a set of 7-day quests. One tab unlocks each day until day seven. The tabs do not refresh daily, so you can finish earlier tabs at any time during the event as long as all tasks are completed before the event ends.
The structure and difficulty look almost the same as what we had in the Ballon d’Or event, so players who experienced that event will feel familiar with the flow.
Quests
The main progression comes from the 7 day quest line. Early leaks show that you might need around 1,000 FC Points to complete all tasks (or one of the tasks).
If you are fully free to play, you can still progress, but you may not finish every quest unless EA adds a free alternative.
Store Packs
Store Packs return for this event. From the early leaks, they look almost identical to the Ballon d’Or packs. The main difference is the bonus or guarantee for 110+ OVR players.
These packs will likely act as the premium path for faster quest progress and quick squad upgrades.
Ronaldo (R9) is confirmed to appear in this Black Friday event. Right now, it is still unknown whether he will be part of the quest rewards or only in store offers, and there is no clear sign yet if he will be f2p friendly or require spending.
Tips
Save your coins and be ready for a possible market crash.
When new Black Friday players hit the market, prices can drop fast. This happened during Ballon d’Or when the market fell hard because many new players flooded the listings. It may or may not happen again, but it’s better to stay prepared.
Save your gems as store packs most likely include gem packs.
Gems usually show up on Store Pack offers like this, so keeping them now gives you more choices later. Wait until you see all offers, then decide which packs are worth it.
Track the pack odds and only buy if the value looks good for your team.
Some packs look tempting but have low chances for top OVR players. Always check the odds and see if the reward fits your needs before spending.
If you pull high OVR players, try to sell them as early as possible.
Prices are usually highest in the first day, so use refresh times to help you snipe selling. If you actually need the player for your team, you can always buy them back later once the market drops.
Check the quests as soon as they unlock so you can plan your progress.
Some quests might require FC Points, and the leak suggests there could be a 1,000 FC Points requirement to finish everything. If you want to complete all tabs, plan your spending early so you don’t waste resources or miss a day.
If R9 ends up in packs, compare the cost to his expected market price first.
R9 will be a hype card, so many players will rush to buy packs. Make sure the pack price makes sense compared to what he might sell for in the market. If the card is untradable, it’s your choice to decide whether the price is worth it or not for your team.
Avoid making big upgrades until all Black Friday offers are revealed.
More players will drop during the event, which can affect prices. Waiting a bit can help you avoid regret and get better value for your coins.
This guide will be updated once we have full details from EA. For now, the event looks like a Black Friday themed repeat of the Ballon d’Or format with more P2P elements in the quests and Store pack offers. Stay prepared and save your resources if you want to maximize your rewards for this event.
