What is Perks? Perks is a new system on the new season of FIFA Mobile 21, where users can participate in League Tournaments (in the previous seasons it was named League vs League or LvL) and earn Perk Points.
How to get Perk Points in FIFA Mobile
There are 3 ways to get Perk Points in FIFA Mobile. First, you can earn Perk Points from League Tournaments and obtain rewards that you can use to improve your team. Rewards that you can get using perks are Bonus Lineups, Bonus OVR, Chemistry Boosts and Max Chemistry.
Second, you can get Perk Points from Free Packs in the Store. And the last, in League Matchups you can also collect Perk Vouchers that can be exchanged for Perk Points.

No, it only affects the chances at VSA. It has no effect on the player’s stats or gameplay.

Maybe your chemistry is already at maximum. Aparat from Chemistry Boost, you have to claim Max Chemistry as well so that your Chemistry can increase.
Can the perks upgrades you “pay” for remain applied to your team even when you change your lineup?
Yes, it’s tied to your team/squad/account, not on your players.
You should not let players leave a league while he is in a squad during a league tournament some how don’t give them an option at least until the league tournament ends

Bonus ovr amount should be increased. I have 103 ovr. But for not able to get perks easily my ovr remains 103 while if I get bonus ovr my ratings would be 108+ for sure.
What is different perk point amounts based on league fame?
For 100k + fame I mean
5000-7499 Win – 250 Draw -125 and Loss – 100
7500-9999 Win – 400
