Training Transfer is one of the most important features for team development because it allows you to move Training XP from one player to another. Instead of wasting XP on players you no longer use, you can recycle it and put it into a better player. This helps you save time, coins, and resources, especially when events keep releasing new cards.
Because the strongest cards change often in FC Mobile, Training Transfer makes your upgrades flexible. You can test new players without the fear of losing XP forever. Once you understand how to use this system properly, you can keep your team competitive while spending fewer resources.

Training Transfer Points
To move Training XP, you must have Training Transfer Points. These points decide how much XP you can transfer at a time. You can earn them from events, passes, rewards, or buy them in the store.

Once you have enough points, you can take XP from one player and give it to another.
How to Transfer Training XP
Transferring Training XP from one player to another is simple. Here’s how it works:
- Go to the “My Team” page.
- Select the player who will lose XP, then choose Training Transfer.
- Pick the player who will receive the XP.
- Press “Transfer” to complete the process.
The XP of the target player will go up, which increases their stats. The original player will lose the same amount of XP. However, the system applies a 10% tax, so the target player will only receive 90% of the transferred XP.
Tips to Use Training Transfer Wisely
Training Transfer works best when you focus on long-term planning. Only move XP to players you are confident will stay in your lineup for a while. If you transfer XP too often, the cost increases quickly because each transfer consumes Training Transfer Points, so it is better to make big transfers rather than many small ones.
Avoid upgrading players too early in a new event season since stronger cards usually appear later, and you may end up transferring XP again.
Before spending a lot of XP, look at your full squad plan to make sure the player is worth investing in. You can also keep one or two cheap players on the bench as “XP storage,” so when you replace someone in your lineup, you can move the XP to your storage player first, then transfer it again when you find a new long-term card.
Training Transfer is the smartest way to build a strong squad without wasting resources. If you control when and where you transfer XP, you can develop your team faster and stay ready for new events and new cards. Use your points wisely and always think ahead so you get the best value.
